Terms of Use

Effective 25 August 2026. MilkSetu operational record और decision-support software है; यह bank, payment gateway, tax adviser या guaranteed accounting service नहीं है।
✓User सही farmer, milk, rate, payment और expense data दर्ज करने तथा access सुरक्षित रखने के लिए जिम्मेदार है।
✓Forecast, anomaly, cash requirement और AI output अनुमान हैं; महत्वपूर्ण financial decision source records देखकर confirm करें।
✓Payment, rate change, deletion, void या message send normal confirmed UI action के बिना AI स्वयं नहीं करता।
✓Offline entry sync idempotent है, फिर भी user को pending/synced status और ledger reconciliation जाँचना चाहिए।
✓SMS, WhatsApp, AI, hosting और network availability configured third-party providers पर निर्भर हो सकती है; delivery का दावा केवल provider evidence पर होगा।
✓Unauthorized access, another business का data पाने की कोशिश, abuse, automation bypass और unlawful messaging prohibited हैं।
✓Subscription/payment gateway अभी active नहीं है। Future paid terms और prices charge शुरू होने से पहले स्पष्ट किए जाएँगे।
✓Service maintenance, security incident या legal requirement में access सीमित हो सकता है; system admin recovery access रखा जाता है।
✓Account closure financial records को तुरंत मिटाने का वादा नहीं है; export, deactivation और retention review लागू होते हैं।
✓Applicable law, final business identity, support contact और dispute terms production publication से पहले legal review में finalize होने चाहिए।
